Your home is cleaned from top to bottom, and nothing is overlooked. It will take about 15 minutes for a professional to go through your house with you, visiting each area that needs to be cleaned, taking down any specific needs and attention will be paid to any areas of concern. 

      At the end, we will provide you with a price based on the information you have provided. This is a total price for the job we will carry out - there are no hidden extras!

 

 

Remember:

 

 

    The end of the tenancy clean will be carried out in accordance with the instructions taken at the time of the Estimate.

   A minimum of 50% deposit will be require at the time of booking. In some cases payment in full may be requested.

    Double bedroom – £30

    Living room/Dining room/Reception room/Lounge – £40

    Hallway – £20

    Landing – £20

    Step – £4

    Toilet – £10

    Bathroom – £15

    Small rug – £15

   Large rug – £25

    Commercial properties – £2.50 per sq. m.

    

 

 

Regular Domestic Cleaning. 

 

Weekly Cleaning:

 

£14 per hour if cleaning products are provided

£15 per hour if cleaning products are by Multitask

 

Every other week cleaning:

 

£16.25 per hour if cleaning products are provided

£17.25 per hour if cleaning products are by Multitask
